Next Journal Club Webinar in the series:

Date: Wednesday 27 March 2024

Time17:00h Central European Time

Topic: Antenatal diagnosis of corpus callosum disorders

Description: The prenatal detection rate of corpus callosum disorders has improved over the last years, and the need for informed counselling of families has subsequently emerged.
In this journal club we discuss and critically analyse a very recent retrospective study which presents the genetic characteristics, outcomes of gestations and long-term outcomes of babies prenatally diagnosed with dysplasia or partial agenesis of corpus callosum.
Apart from child neurologists, the findings of this study are expected to be of great interest for healthcare professionals from other fields, including obstetricians, geneticists and neonatologists.
