Working Group Co Chairs serve for 4 years (2 EPNS Research Meetings) This is renewable once, subject to EPNS Board approval.
Working Group Co Chair duties in relation to the biennial EPNS Research Meeting include:
- Provide details of the Working Group to be uploaded to the EPNS website.
- Contact specialist centres and encourage active participation of young researchers.
- Take part in the bursary selection jury process.
- Evaluate and judge the abstract submissions for their related topic.
- Decide the length of time allocated to each abstract presentation and devise a schedule for the Working Group session
- Send the Working Group schedule to the EPNS for the final programme.
- Chair their Working Group session and enhance active discussion
- Take part in the selection of the best presentations and 2 EPNS Research Prize winners.
