A message from Professor Lieven Lagae, EPNS President.
On behalf of the EPNS Board and local organising committee, I would like to express our delight in welcoming so many delegates to our 1st EPNS International Symposium and 11th EPNS Congress in Vienna last month. With an overall number of over 1,100 delegates from approx. 70 countries, the meetings were a huge success and surpassed all expectations! I would like to offer my personal thanks to Professor Gunther Bernert and his team for organising such a wonderful event. The meeting presented an outstanding scientific programme and excellent networking opportunities. I hope that those of you who were able to join us in Vienna agree, and that the new information provided during the congress will support your continuing medical education and daily work. A deserved ‘ well done‘ to our 2 award winners too who were presented with free congress ticket for the EPNS 2017 congress in Lyon. See you in Lyon!
