COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) situationThe EPNS and local team in Georgia place a high priority on the safety and well-being of all participants. We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and by mid-September 2020 we will announce whether the physical event will go ahead. Please continue to monitor guidance from your own government and employer in relation to travel and training course attendance. If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, the EPNS and local organisers will have no obligation to meet the costs of any pre-booked accommodation or travel.   • Places are limited and bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis, secured on receipt of full payment.
  • All participants are encouraged to become members of the EPNS:
    • Read the letter from Professor Sameer Zuberi, EPNS President, to learn about the many benefits of being an EPNS member:
    • Substantially discounted annual EPNS subscription fees available to all trainee members (20 Euros for 2020) and all EPNS members who practice in World Bank Income Per capita Classified 1,2 and 3 countries (35 Euros for 2020)

There will be a limited number of bursaries available which will cover the registration fee and accommodation for 2 nights in a shared room. If single occupancy is required, the participant will need to pay the extra fee. Bursaries will not cover travel costs. To apply, please complete the bursary section of the booking form, when the booking form becomes available.

Cancellation policy for bursaries: If the event is postponed or cancelled, the bursary awarded delegates must take responsibility for their own travel and extra accommodation arrangements. The EPNS or local organising team will not be liable for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred beyond the bursary arrangement in any circumstances.

Terms and Conditions

The EPNS Caucasian Course 2020 booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement. By submitting your booking form, you are accepting the following terms and conditions:


Full payment of the course registration fee must have been received before your place at the EPNS Caucasian Course 2020 is confirmed. If you have not received confirmation and/or final information 10 days prior to the EPNS Caucasian Course 2020, please contact the local organising office. The EPNS cannot be held for responsible for non-arrival of information.

Cancellation Policy

If you request to cancel your attendance after registration payment has been paid, you will not be eligible for a refund however substitutions of delegates may be accepted before the event. Contact for guidance.

We will do our best to ensure that the EPNS Caucasian Course 2020 goes ahead, but we reserve the right to cancel at any time. Where we are forced to cancel the EPNS Caucasian Course 2020 as a result of events arising which are outside of our control, we will offer a full refund of your EPNS Caucasian Course 2020 registration fee. HOWEVER, we will not meet the costs of any pre-booked accommodation or travel. If you wish to cancel your attendance at the EPNS Caucasian Course 2020 you must do so by contacting the organising office.

We recommend you DO NOT BOOK ANY TRAVEL UNTIL AFTER THE SEPTEMBER 2020 ANNOUNCEMENT AND take out appropriate travel insurance.

Although substitutions may be accepted by notifying the organising office prior to the event (as set out above), non-arrivals will be liable for the full fee of the EPNS Caucasian Course 2020.

Changes to EPNS Caucasian Course 2020 programme
Although we will do our best to follow the published programme in the stated venue, we reserve the right to make changes (including the venue, the guest speakers and the times of their presentations). If any such changes are made, no refund of the EPNS Caucasian Course 2020 fee shall be made.

Photographs and videos may be taken on-site capturing material that may be used for future marketing and promotional purposes via the EPNS website and EPNS social media platforms. By completing the booking form, you are accepting that if photograph(s) and/or video footage are taken of you at the event, the EPNS owns the right to use the materials. Email the organising office  if you have any concerns.

Personal Data
By completing the online registration form, you are agreeing for your details to be shared with the EPNS Membership Secretary and any relevant members of the EPNS Caucasian Course 2020 faculty/organisation team. Your details will not be shared with any third-party company apart from the local venue and their partners. Email the organising office if you have any concerns.

The EPNS and local venue accepts no liability for death, illness, injury, any loss, cost or expense suffered by any person (including accompanying persons). Please take out appropriate insurance.
